About the Role
As a QA/QC Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality standards across solar project execution, from material inspection to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures across all project phases.
- Inspect materials, installations, and workmanship for compliance.
- Prepare quality documentation and manage NCRs.
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and third-party inspectors.
- Support testing and commissioning activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in QA/QC roles within the solar industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV components and QA/QC standards.
- Good understanding of international quality and safety standards.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
